OUR HISTORY:

• May 2001. NoDiscount.com began as a for sale by owner website to get buyers to compete for properties. The process became known as NoDiscount^R.

• 2002. We created a discussion board for feedback from the public. This was before most real estate companies even had websites or understood discussion boards, wikis, blogs and web 2.0 websites.

• 2003. We began automating the process to make it faster and easier using the acronym P-R-O-C-E-S-S: PRICING. RESPONSE. OFFERS. CONVERSION. ESCALATION, SEE IT LIVE, SYSTEM-IZE. NoDiscount P-R-O-C-E-S-S^R was born.

• 2004. A declining newspaper audience and increasing internet popularity prompted us to enter the real estate industry.

  We began researching minimum service laws, U.S. Department of Justice intervention, discount models, online auctions, and fee-for-service companies.

• 2005. NoDiscount P-R-O-C-E-S-S^R lets consumers send, receive, and compare real estate offers online!

• 2006. NoDiscount.com was renamed Forsalebyweb.com.

• January 2007. Officially launches the world's first "LIVE" home selling website, designed to simplify the marketing process.

• March 2007. We filed U.S. copyright "Forsalebyweb.com: How to Buy or Sell Your Home in 1 Minute."

• June 2008. We received the trademark "The Automatic Way to Buy and Sell Real Estate" from the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
